What will my first therapy session be like?

Your first session will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding your concerns, goals, and expectations. We’ll discuss your health, childhood, and family history, and you’re welcome to ask questions. By the end, we’ll develop a tailored understanding of your challenges, discuss a treatment plan, and complete questionnaires to help form an accurate diagnosis.

How long is your waiting period?

Waiting times vary. I do my best to accomodate an appointment within three weeks. Please get in touch to discuss more options.

How do payments work?

Choose from several payment options: EFTPOS terminal (accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or securely stored credit card information. Medicare rebates can be processed at the end of the session, or you can do so through myGov.

Do you work with NDIS?

Yes, I work with NDIS, providing psychosocial support to enhance the capacity of individuals with disabilities.

Do you work with children?

I see children and adolescents aged 12 and above.

Is there parking at the premises?

Yes, a dedicated client car park and street parking are available.
